Liked my stay, it was very nice, the service was superb. Everything was lovely as expected, however the bathroom was poor.

The staff were slightly abrupt, didn't expect that coming.

Spectacular hotel, my first choice in Bruges. I loved the details, like staff and rooms, they were fab. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. Plenty of food at breakfast like boiled eggs, cereal and croissants. The building itself was interesting with a small garden.

always accommodating staff, marvellous location, very clean rooms. regards to your concierge. enjoyed de ijsbeer, it was a short walk to the hotel and offered nice treats. don't know any better place than monsieur ernest.

There is bad smell in some places. Beds were hard.
